Zac Efron has shown off his new bleached hairdo with a series of topless snaps from a holiday in Italy – and he’s got the gays behaving badly.

Certain things will remain true until the end of time: the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race will cause discourse each season, Marvel Studios will continue churning out superhero flicks and Ryan Murphy will always be on hand to make serial killers strangely homoerotic in his Monster anthology.

And, perhaps at the top of the list, male celebrities going topless will always bring out gays expressing their attraction to said celebrity with phrases so linguistically creative they would have made William Shakespeare jealous.

And now, see most recently: Zac Efron, topless, with bleached hair, on holiday, in Italy, with more muscles than a PureGym.

The pictures of a generation’s sexual awakening via the High School Musical series hit the internet over the weekend, and the gays have lost it over Efron’s new hairstyle (and gigantic pecs).

“Zac Efron being a platinum blonde again might just have solved all my problems in life,” one user wrote.

“So funny how I used to be like me???? fall for a man??? do anything he wants at the drop of a hat??? how embarrassing… until blonde Zac Efron entered the chat,” another joked. “Now I am on my knees!!!! yes sir!!!! anything you want sir!!!”

“I need Zac Efron in the biblical sense wrote a third more religiously minded user.

Another wrote: “And this is why we refer to Zac Efron as “ZADDY”.”

Mr Zac Efron appears to have been holidaying with some A-list pals after his fresh bleach job, including The Boys star Chace Crawford and Top Gun: Maverick‘s Miles Teller.

He was also joined by Nina Dobrev and Miles’ wife Keleigh.
