Alex Consani has made a return to the runway in Marc Jacobs’ latest fashion show, which was also attended by legendary Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
The 75-year-old fashion doyenne sat on the front row during Marc Jacobs’ 2026 runway show, which took place at the New York Public Library, Wintour’s first public appearance since she announced she was stepping down as the editor-in-chief of US Vogue on 26 June.
Trans model and influencer Alex Consani strutted her stuff on the runway in front of Anna Wintour for Marc Jacobs’ Fall 2025 show on Monday (30 June).
The tight 19-piece collection examined what is beauty with Vogue reporting that in the show notes Jacobs called it “a quality or combination of qualities that gives pleasure to the mind or senses and is often associated with properties such as harmony of form or color, proportion, and authenticity.”
But despite this predictable definition of the word, Jacobs presented a series of looks that played on what is deemed culturally beautiful.
Alex Consani looked stunning on the runway in a padded short skirt and top. Both of these were covered in a flowing yellow see through layer that featured a floral design and large billowing shoulders.
Jacobs’ hallmark is an exaggerated silhouette and this fit in perfectly. To complete the look, in her hair was a large black bow while on her feet she wore teetering white lace up heels.
Consani was also snapped arriving for the runway show looking effortlessly stylish in a pair of jeans, and a black top which she paired with some sharp red pumps.
As well as Anna Wintour, other celebs spotted at the event included Olivia Ponton, Kiki Lane, and Saturday Night Live‘s Ego Nwodim.

In the interview for the magazine the model opened up about her dating life saying, “It’s important, especially as a trans adult, to find yourself and find what you like. I’m still coming into that and definitely have been more active. I don’t think that’s because of my success.”
Consani has also spoken out against the policies enacted by the Trump administration, as well as clapping back at transphobes online.
