Heated Rivalry star Sophie Nélisse has said that she would love to see a lesbian spin-off of the series revolving around her character Rose Landry and Ilya’s friend-with-benefits Svetlana (Ksenia Daniela Kharlamova).
While appearing on Young Hollywood on 3 February, Nélisse was asked if she thought there might be a Rose-Shane-Miles love triangle in the future of Heated Rivalry, but she had other ideas.

“A lot of people are saying Rose and Svetlana, and I’m like, ‘Why not?’” she said. “A little spin-off. I’m here for it. The more the merrier.”
The host continued: “So you’re offering up Svetlana, Rose, that scenario, or the menage-a-trois between Miles, Rose, and Shane?”
Nélisse replied: “To be fair, I am team Rose-anov,” referencing a friendship between Rose and Ilya Rozanov, played by Connor Storrie.
“I would really like him in the mix, because I’m kind of lowkey into him,” she continued.
“But I mean, I can’t pick over my husband, who is obviously Shane (Hudson Williams).
“Bring them all in, all the boys and all the girls. It’s going to be a wild show.”
