Gay Australian adult content creator Koby Falks, known outside of the industry as Anthony Cox, has died at the age of 39.
The content creator, who has been described as “kind-hearted and deeply respectful” passed away on 28 May, according to a social media post by his publicist, Mista PR.
Falks was first announced to have died on 1 June. Under a picture posted to his Instagram page, the caption read: “Koby Falks, better known to his family and friends as Anthony Cox, passed away earlier this week. He was loved by many and will be missed. If this post has affected you, please reach out to Lifeline at 13 11 14.”
No cause of death has been officially confirmed publicly.
Falks made explicit content for his JustForFans and OnlyFans pages, alongside conducting in person bookings and hosting events for establishments such as Sydney Sauna, as well as garnering a large social media following across platforms.
He has been remembered by his publicist and talent manager Mista PR in a longer, separate post on Instagram.
“Though our time working together was brief, the impact Koby had was anything but small,” wrote Matthew Leigh (Mista PR).
“From the moment we connected, I was struck by his warmth, his charisma, and his incredible professionalism. He was organised, kind-hearted, and deeply respectful — the kind of person you instantly felt grateful to work with.
“It was an honour to represent his remarkable body of work and to witness firsthand the power of his presence, both on and off screen.
“His ability to connect with people, not just here in Australia but across the world, was something truly special. Koby wasn’t just a client — he was a light, a creative force, and a genuinely beautiful soul.”
The caption concludes: “To Koby’s family, his close friends, and his extended “family” of fans and followers — my deepest condolences. We have lost a trailblazing creative spirit far too soon.
“But I truly believe his light and legacy will continue shining brightly above.”
Falks has been remembered online by fans, friends and industry contemporaries. His partner Sam Brownell, also a content creator, wrote via Instagram Story, “I will love you always.”
Falks is one of several adult entertainment stars to pass away in recents months. In March, legendary performer Tim Kruger died in a “tragic accident” and porn star Damien Stone died aged 32 in April.
Established industry star Colton Ford died at the age of 62 in May.
