This Drag Race icon wasn’t invited for the ‘all-winners’ All Stars season and we’re shook

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 7 has been confirmed as an all winners “queen of queens” season, but it turns out not every precious victor got an invite to appear.

During a recent episode of the Sibling Rivalry podcast, Bob the Drag Queen opened up to Monét X Change about the fact she never received a call to take part.

As the pair reviewed the entrance looks for each of the eight competing queens, the season eight winner brought up Bianca Del Rio’s tweet about being “too busy” to compete in the season.

Shea Couleé then left fans gagged when she tweeted in response: “No you weren’t.”

This led Bob to explain: “I want everyone to know I was not busy. I literally just did not get a call. They did not reach out to me.

“So I want everyone to know: I was free as a bird with its tail in the breeze. I was helping Monét get ready, actually.”

The revelation came as a shock to some fans who felt the TV star should have been part of the “all-winners” cast, which features four winners of regular seasons, three All Stars winners, and the first-ever winner of Drag Race UK.

The 12-episode extravaganza will see each champion battle to be crowned ‘Queen of Queens’, in what we suspect may be the fiercest Drag Race competition yet.

The official cast is Raja (season 3 winner), Jinkx Monsoon (season 5), Monét X Change (All Stars 4), Trinity The Tuck (All Stars 4), Yvie Oddly (season 11), The Vivienne (Drag Race UK season 1), Jaida Essence Hall (season 12) and Shea Couleé (All Stars 5).

The new season will premiere with a double bill on Paramount+ on 20 May in the US and WOW Presents Plus in the UK.
