Cooper Koch has joined in the jokes about The White Lotus‘ “incestuous brothers” story line, with a helping hand from his twin brother.
During the third season on the hit show, the Ratliff brothers, Saxon, played by Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Lochlan (Sam Nivola) not only kissed but engaged in a three-way romp.
It has provided the internet with countless memes. And now, Koch, the star of Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, has provided his own tribute. And the out gay actor got his twin, Payton, who is also gay, to join in.
Posting on Instagram on Sunday (6 April), the day the season finale aired in the US, brother Walker Koch, posted an image on social media of Cooper and Payton parodying the plot, underneath a cut-out of Thailand, where the show was set.

After his brother put some distance between them, Lachlan asked whether Saxon was OK.
Saxon replied: “It’s OK for you to, like, worship me, but don’t… ‘worship me’.”
He was referring to the drug-fuelled threesome in which the two had engaged, two episodes earlier. During the encounter, Lochlan masturbated his brother.
“All you care about is getting off,” Lochlan responded. “I saw you lying there and thought you looked a little left out. And I’m, you know, a pleaser. I just want to give everyone what they want, and I’m in a family full of narcissists.”
Saxon then shut the conversation down by saying they should “drop this, forever”.
