Full list of Celebrity Big Brother housemates ‘confirmed’ – including JoJo Siwa and Drag Race icon

After a few years off our screens, Celebrity Big Brother is back — and it’s arriving with a bang, a glitter bomb, and a full-blown celebrity circus.

The iconic reality series is returning to ITV1 and ITVX today (7 April), and the question on everyone’s lips is: who is going into the Celebrity Big Brother house this time?

Thanks to The Sun, it looks like we have been given an advance look at the people entering the house, and if it turns out to be true, we will hopefully getting plenty of drama, nostalgia, chaos, and some queer joy – a perfect Big Brother cocktail.

First up, and perhaps most excitingly, is JoJo Siwa, the 21-year-old powerhouse who went from bow-wearing tween on Dance Moms to queer pop sensation and LGBTQ+ role model. She’s bold, loud, and unapologetically herself, so she will be an interesting addition to the house.

Joining JoJo is none other than Danny Beard, winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season four. Danny is not just a queen, they’re the queen. She’s fierce, funny, and not afraid to speak their mind. Between Danny and JoJo, this is already shaping up to be the queerest season yet.

But the chaos doesn’t stop there. The rumoured line-up includes Hollywood bad boy Mickey Rourke, soap legend Jack P. Shepherd from Coronation Street, and Patsy Palmer, who is best known as EastEnders’ Bianca but is now working as a wellness guru in Malibu.

Former Love Island star Chris Hughes and Olympian Daley Thompson are also expected to enter, promising a mix of gym selfies and competitive edge. Meanwhile, TV presenter Angellica Bell, 80s pop star Chesney Hawkes, TOWIE’s Ella Rae Wise, 90s talk show host Trisha Goddard, and Michael Fabricant MP, round out this delightfully chaotic roster.

ITV have also announced that 2024 Celebrity Big Brother winner David Potts, US TV personality Tiffany Pollard, and Strictly dancer Oti Mabuse will each take turns taking on the role of Celebrity House Guest.

While many of us might never have thought that this group would have anything in common, it’s definitely feels like these are all celebrities we didn’t know we needed under one roof.

Reality TV star David Potts was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2024 – the first celebrity version of the show for six years.

Potts, who is gay and who has spoken about his experiences of realising the truth about his sexuality and coming out during his time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, rose to fame as a holiday rep on ITV2’s The Ibiza Weekender.

Potts narrowly beat Strictly dancer Nikita Kuzmin, who came second. The reality star was left overwhelmed when hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best announced he’d won the competition.

After being left alone in the house he said to himself: “I feel shocked and on top of the world. I cannot believe it. I feel slay, get me on that runway.”

When does Celebrity Big Brother 2025 start and how can you watch it?

Mark your calendars and cancel your plans, because the new season of Celebrity Big Brother, hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, kicks off tonight (Monday 7 April) at 9pm on ITV1

The live launch will run for 90 minutes, followed by nightly episodes airing every Sunday to Friday at 9pm, also on ITV1.

And if that’s not enough reality TV goodness, stick around after the main show for Celebrity Big Brother: Late & Live at 10pm on ITV2, where all the tea will be spilled and behind-the-scenes drama revealed.
